Refund policy
Upon placing your order we reserve your time slot on our calendar. All orders are considered confirmed once payment is received. However, life happens and we get it! If you need to cancel your order and it's more than 7 days prior to your scheduled order, we are happy to refund 50% of the full amount in the form of your original payment. Or you can choose to receive a full credit for use at a later time. If you cancel with less than 48 hours of notice, we are happy to hold your payment for a future order, however no refund will be issued.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders that are cancelled on the date of scheduled pick up will not be refunded and no store credit will be issued. Orders not picked up on their scheduled date will be discarded so that we may maintain our quality and freshness pledge.
