What is your cancellation policy?
Upon placing your order we reserve your time slot on our calendar. All orders are considered confirmed once payment is received. However, life happens and we get it! If you need to cancel your order and it's more than 7 days prior to your scheduled pick up, we are happy to refund 50% of your order in the form of your original payment. Or you can choose to receive full credit for use at a later time. If you cancel with less than 48 hours of notice, we are happy to hold your payment for a future order, however no refund will be issued. PLEASE NOTE
** Orders that are cancelled on the date of scheduled pick up will not be refunded and no store credit will be issued. Orders not picked up on their scheduled date will be discarded so that we may maintain our quality and freshness pledge. **
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we have FREE delivery for orders over $100 in Los Gatos, CA & Campbell, CA!
For delivery outside Los Gatos & Campbell area we charge a flat $35 delivery fee for our boards and boxes.
Please inquire for larger grazing tables.

How do I pay?
Once the order is finalized, we will send you an invoice. Please pay through there!
How much notice do you need?
The sooner you place your order, the better! We typically get booked 4 weeks in advance for larger boards. For cups and grazing boxes, please allow us at least 2 days notice.
Can I keep the board?
Yes! Our boards are eco-friendly boards that can either be re-used or tossed after your event...either way we won't be coming back for it!

For our grazing tables, we are starting to charge a deposit for our boards / risers. The deposit will be returned upon receipt of our boards / risers.
Do you have a business license and a California food handler card?
Bleu Fig is a licensed and registered business in the state of California. All team members have a California food handler card.
Do you charge payment convenience fees?
We charge a payment convenience fee for all orders over $500.
